Three Circular Percussion Cap Dispensers
Mid-19th Century

The first of white-metal, stamped 'S. Allpost Improved' and 'M' on one side within borders of ropework, circular line engraved borders on the other, silver-covered cap-holder, and with integral suspension ring; the second of brass, stamped 'James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield' and 'L' one one side, curved cap-holder, and integral suspension ring; and another of similar form, stamped 'James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield' and 'M' below Dixon's trade mark on one side, integral suspension ring, and retaining traces of original gilding (3)
