Footnotes

The Skipper Carrera nicknamed the Skiperrera was the first of the skipper models to be made. Paying homage to and taking colour references from the 1967 America's cup winner the 'Intrepid' it was a very limited run and there are thought to be only a very few examples and to date about 20 known. The present example is in particularly good condition and was one of the watches that held pride of place in the collection.
