Crystallized Native Silver
New Nevada Mine, Batopilas, Chihuahua, Mexico
A lovely and aesthetic silver specimen with calcite accents from one of the more rugged portions of the Sierra Madre Mountains of Southwestern Chihuahua, Mexico. Barbs of native silver contrast beautifully with the white calcite. A superb display specimen for any mineral collection. This classic specimen from the early 1980s is called "herringbone" silver for obvious reasons. Measuring 6 x 2 x 2cm (2 1/4 x 3/4 x 3/4 in)
