A magnificent light-baluster goblet and cover, circa 1750-60

with a large round funnel bowl, the so-called 'Newcastle' stem with a small annular knop on a beaded knop and a teared inverted baluster, set on a wide conical foot, the cover of double ogee shape with a pointed finial formed of a further beaded knop on a triple annular base, 32.5cm high (2)
