A Liège Brass-Barrelled Pin-Fire Blunderbuss
Late 19th Century

With two-stage barrel turned and belled at the muzzle and retaining traces of original silvering, octagonal breech with sliding brass cartridge-extractor along the top, foliate engraved tang, back-action lock, hammer, rounded action and rotary under-lever, russet spur trigger-guard and butt-plate decorated en suite, and figured butt with chequered grip (steel parts with some light pitting), Liège proof
