A Very Rare .577 Snider Sealed Pattern Long Service Rifle Musket
By V.& R. Blakemore, London, Circa 1870

Similar to the last, the barrel retained by three barrel bands, breech numbered '24', signed lock, figured full stock (bruised overall, minor old split opposite the lock) with red wax seal (incomplete) on one side of the butt, regulation brass mounts, sling loops, original ramrod, and some original finish (some wear and rust patination), Birmingham proof marks
