Comprising an Indian kard with sharply tapering single-edged blade of T-section (extreme tip missing), beaked steel hilt with small finial, and rounded ivory grips, in original wooden scabbard (originally covered in velvet) with gilt-copper locket and chape each with shaped inner border pierced with a trefoil on both sides, the former with small faceted suspension mount, the latter with bud-shaped finial (some wear to gilding); another of similar form, steel hilt (some rusting) damascened with gold foliage, and rounded rhinoceros horn grips (incomplete) each against a silver lining (damaged); a Caucasian kindjal with tapering double-edged blade cut with three converging fullers and stamped with stars on one side, and waisted hilt with dark horn grip-scales, the outer one set with brass nails, in its wooden scabbard with iron locket and chape (pitted); a Sumatran kris with waved pattern-welded blade, and wooden Garuda hilt, in its wooden scabbard bound with rattan and with characteristic sarongan; and an Albanian jambiya with cusped double-edged blade with medial ridge on both sides, and waisted dark horn hilt with two pewter bosses on one side dated 1377 A.H. corresponding to 1909 A.D., in original wooden scabbard covered in tooled black leather (open along one side) (5)
