A Rare Back-Action Flintlock Mechanism For A First Model Seven-Barrelled Volley Gun, And A Flintlock Mechanism For A Musket
Both By Henry Nock, The First Circa 1780, The Second Late 18th Century

The first with case-hardened flat bevelled plate with 'Tower' and 'GR' crowned across the tail, bevelled ring-neck cock of second pattern, and some original finish; the second with signed flat bevelled plate struck with a crowned '3' beneath the pan (minor rust patination) (2)
