A Meissen figure of a duellist, middle of the 18th century

Modelled by Friedrich Elias Meyer, he is drawing his sword on his left side, wearing a black tricorn, white jacket, yellow waistcoat, gloves and purple breeches. The base with purple-edged scrollwork and applied with flowers and leaves, 19.5 cm high, crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue to the rear of the base (minor damage) (1)
