An interesting Kassel goblet attributed to Franz Gondelach, early 18th century

The thick, cup-shaped bowl deeply engraved with a Bacchanalian procession of eight putti, one riding on a goat, others carrying a mask and vine branches, one riding piggy-back while another plays a drum, the short stem with a heavy hollow knop, an 8-pointed star cut in the centre of the foot underneath, 15.2cm high (crizzled)

The eight-pointed star appears to be a distinctive mark used by Franz Gondelach. It occurred on two Hochschnitt goblets by Gondelach sold by Bonhams, one in the Mühleib Collection, 2 May 2013, lot 35 and the other in the Klaus Biemann Collection, 26 November 2014, lot 13.
