A good Birmingham enamel box, circa 1753-55

Of deep rectangular form with tooled gilt metal mounts, bat-printed in outline and painted with a variety of scenes, the hinged cover with 'Peeping Tom', the sides including 'The Singing Lesson', 'The Fortune Teller no.2' and Europa and the Bull, a sepia monochrome vignette within the interior and a spray of flowers on the underside, 10.4cm wide (fine cracks)
