A pair of Italian gilt-metal mounted green glass vases, 17th century

The egg-shaped bodies in transparent emerald-green glass moulded all over with a diaper pattern, the gilt metal mounts with foliate handles on the turned necks and stiff-leaves and gadroons at the top of the circular feet, 15.5cm high (2)
