Warner Bros., 1950. Mimeographed manuscript, screenplay by Ranald MacDougall, 128 pp, n.d., with blue revision pages dated from April 10 to May 1, 1950, bound in ¼ cloth green leather with film's title, "Michael Curtiz" and "1950" stamped in gilt to spine, with eight 8 x 10 in black and white photographs bound in. Curtiz directed this film noir adapted from an Ernest Hemingway story, starring John Garfield and Patricia Neal.
