An album of set stills from The Eagle
United Artists, 1925. Comprising a black cardboard photographic album, "Photographs" stamped in gilt and labeled, "'The Eagle' / Set Stills" to cover, containing thirty-two 8 x 10 in gelatin silver prints laid in to blank pages, each with set numbers written in ink to photographs' lower right corners, with typed captions laid in to album pages listing scene numbers, brief set descriptions, and each set's cost. An impressive group of set stills, apparently for studio reference use, from this romance starring Rudolph Valentino and Vilma Banky set in Czarist Russia. Valentino is pictured in nine of the photographs. One blank page is captioned, indicating that a photograph is missing.
