A Hopi bowl

Attributed to Nampeyo, with mirror-image wing and feather compositions across the interior, triangular motifs and hanging lugs on the outside.
height 4in, diameter 11 1/4in

Footnotes

The attribution to Nampeyo was made by the vendor, Martha Struever of Santa Fe. In her invoice to the collector she states "Pottery bowl, yellow ground with slip painted motifs and hanging lugs, by Nampeyo. (Reglued, no restoration.)"
