A Bohemian ruby stained goblet and cover, circa 1840-60

With a tapering bowl rounded at the base above an octagonal flange and fluted baluster stem, engraved with two stags between trees, the spire cover cut with broad flutes and engraved with a band of fruiting vines, the rim of the cover and the spreading foot cut with petal-shaped lobes, 52cm high (2)
