A Bohemian amber stained goblet and cover, possibly by Franz Hansel, Rodowitz, circa 1840-60

With a broad-fluted campana bowl applied with a panel engraved with a Turkish horseman holding a spear, the reverse with a single viewing lens and engraved rococo scrollwork, the fluted stem with a central knop and stepped and scalloped foot cut with a star on the underside, the domed and fluted cover also engraved with scrollwork, 31.5cm high (2)
