An unusual Bohemian ruby stained and gold lustred goblet and cover, circa 1840-50

The flared eight-sided bowl with a heavy octagonal base, the front panel finely engraved with of a stag resting in a forest, further deer behind, the ground unusually washed over in gold lustre, the knopped and spreading stem terminating in a deeply lobed foot cut with diaper panels on the underside, the pagoda cover also edged with deeply cut petal-shaped lobes, 40.5cm high (2)
