A Bohemian goblet and cover, circa 1840-60

In clear glass, the campana shaped bowl with a deeply-cut petal-shaped frill at the base, the edge of the cover, the finial at the top and the spreading foot all cut with petal-shaped lobes, the front of the bowl with a chamfered rectangular panel engraved with a family of deer in a forest, one young stag standing on a rocky outcrop in the centre of the scene, cut with broad flutes and a single small viewing lens on the reverse, 44cm high (2)
