A good pair of Bohemian ruby stained vases, circa 1840-50

The slender trumpet necks scalloped at the rims, set on broad-fluted central sections raised on knopped stems and scalloped feet engraved with scrollwork borders, the upper parts very finely engraved, one with a pair of rearing horses, the other with a stag and a doe, both set among elaborately-engraved trees, 40.3cm high (2)
