An unusual Bohemian goblet and cover attributed to the Harrachov Glassworks, Neuwelt, circa 1840

The interior of the bowl cased in pale ruby glass, applied with a chamfered square panel engraved with a fox hunting scene with a rider and hounds pursuing a running fox, the flutes on the reverse engraved with flower sprays and with a single viewing lens, the stepped base of the bowl in clear glass, raised on a faceted stem and scalloped foot all in dark green glass, the cover in pale ruby and clear glass with further floral engraving and a fluted acorn shaped finial, 43.5cm high (2)
