Footnotes
The Fourth National Bank & Trust Company building in Wichita, KA, was built in 1916. From 1951-58, the exterior, and interior schemes were remodeled by noted modern movement architects, Thomas-Harris-Calvin Associates. During this phase the T-chairs were selected for the offices.
