Centring a shield-shaped fancy deep brown-yellow diamond, weighing 6.55 carats, and a shield-shaped diamond, weighing 6.79 carats, set against a ground of pavé-set brilliant-cut diamonds, diamonds approximately 1.40 carats total, ring size 4¾
