19th Century

Of steel, the head of eight flanges formed as etched crowned double-headed eagles and surmounted by a fluted button finial, on socket of octagonal section between mouldings and etched with alternate lines of decorative foliage, tapering spirally twist haft bound with twisted steel wire, the grip between mouldings, and rounded terminal en suite with the finial
