With finely twist damascus barrel (fore-sight missing) inlaid with a gold line around the breech, the breech section with a damascened gold oval within an inlaid gold border (slightly incomplete), border engraved tang inlaid with engraved gold foliage, border engraved flat lock inlaid with engraved gold Classical trophies, foliate engraved cock and steel, the former inlaid with an engraved gold cornucopia, the latter with gold foliage and fitted with a roller, figured full stock (fore-end with minor chip on one side) inlaid overall with silver wire scrollwork and engraved silver foliage (some losses), issuing from an urn on the fore-stock, the back of the butt with an engraved silver trophy of arms (incomplete), mounts cast and chased in relief with elaborate trophies of arms against finely punched grounds and comprising side-plate, spurred pommel with cap, and trigger-guard (old repair), trigger pierced with a scroll behind, and no provision for a ramrod
