Each formed from a single piece of russet steel, boxed-in over each side of the muzzle, widening over the forehead and with a narrow flange over the eyes, embossed with a V-shaped medial ridge terminating in a T-shape at the top, and with an embossed triangular motif above on the pate extension, the edges pierced with small holes for lining (pitting and minor damage, peaks missing) (2)
