A Well-Made Continental Bronze Model Of A Land Service Mortar
Dated 1795

Cast in three sections with relief mouldings including muzzle-ring, the second reinforce with double-headed dolphin lifting handle and plain trunnions, the spool-shaped first reinforced with pan projecting below the vent, and stippled rounded base: on its wooden bed (some worming) secured by numerous dome-headed iron nails
