The waisted case surmounted by a twin handled urn over applied husk and scroll mounts, the sides set with pierced sound frets, on four scroll feet, on the matching concave wall bracket, the one-piece 9.5 inch enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals and good pierced and engraved hands, the rectangular triple train movement signed between the twin numbered countwheels 'Gaudron a Paris', now converted to anchor escapement with Brocot type suspension 1m (3ft 3ins) high (2)
