Octavo, with photogravure illustrations including additional titles printed on chine and mounted by Frederick Remington, J.M. Flagg and others (some signed), bound in full red morocco with elaborately gilt spines and cornerpieces, doublures of green and red morocco gilt and green silk, top edges gilt, other edges uncut.

"Autograph Edition," limited to 350 copies SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR on a special leaf in volume 1.
