Octavo, illustrated with engraved and etched plates including a signed frontispiece by Anna Whelan Betts, title pages printed in red and black. bound in green half morocco gilt over marbled boards, spines gilt in 6 compartments, top edges gilt, other edges uncut.

"Autograph Edition," limited to 500 copies signed by both the publisher and a descendant of the author.
