apparently unmarked, late 18th-early 19th century
Comprising a covered soup tureen and liner, engraved with a coat-of-arms, and a set of four covered sauce tureens, engraved with another coat-of-arms, variations (5)
the soup tureen height 11in (28cm); length over handles 14 1/2in (37cm); depth 12 1/4in (31cm)
the sauce tureens height 5 3/4in (14.5cm); length over handles 8in (20.25cm); depth 5 1/4in (13.25cm).

The soup tureen engraved with the arms of WESTENRA quartering CAIRNES for kin of the Barons Rossmore of Monaghan, Ireland.
The sauce tureens engraved with the arms of AMES impaling PINNEY for the marriage (10 April 1806) of Jeremiah (1776-1826), second son of Levi Ames of Clifton Wood, Bristol to Mary ( ?- 1820), youngest daughter of John Pinney of Bristol. The couple died without issue.
