The shaped body with waved rim, mounted with three leaf-capped scroll handles and on three conforming openwork scroll feet, thrice inscribed "Seattle Brewing and Malting Co.'s Ranier Cup for Trotting and Pacing Free For All, Best Two in Three / Won twice by 'Violin' / June 11th, 1900, / B.M. aged by Alex Button-Viola / owned by / Prince David Ramanauakoa / Time 1st 2min. 20sec. 2nd 19 1/5 and Waldo J.
