the baguier in the form of trumpeter boy holding a riffle over a shoulder, on a dish inlaid with foliate branches, inscribed FD Bté on a spreading circular foot, inscribed to the underside Alph. Giroux Paris; the candlesticks with similar marquetry also inscribed FB Bté and signed to the drip-pans Alph. Giroux Paris, 11cm in diameter, 17cm high (4in in diameter, 6 1/2in high).
