A French late 19th century Louis XV style ormolu-mounted kingwood, parquetry and marquetry guéridon
attributed to François Linke, Paris
the circular top inlaid to the centre by flowering branches within a ribbon-tied garland, above a frieze mounted with Apollo masks flanked by cornucopias, the front fitted with a drawer, on cabriole legs, each joined by a shaped stretcher centred by a pierced basket, on scrolling acanthus-cast sabots, 61cm in diameter, 75.5cm high (24in in diameter, 29 1/2in high).
