A French late 19th/ early 20th century Louis XV style ormolu-mounted kingwood, tulipwood and marquetry bombé vitrine

by François Linke, Paris, index number 76
of breakfront form, the upper-structure surmounted by three stepped fleur de pêcher marble tops, above a central glazed door with lower section inlaid with a flowering bouquet, flanked to each side by a similar glazed panel, the mirrored-back interior fitted with two glass shelves, on cabriole legs with scrolling acanthus-cast sabots, the lockplate stamped to the interior CT. Linke/ Serrurerie/ Paris and numbered 76 and 1150, 165cm wide, 51cm deep, 191cm high (64 1/2in wide, 20in deep, 75in high).

A similar vitrine by François Linke, also index number 76 but with Vernis Martin panels, sold Christie's London, 11 March 2015 (£50,000).
The 'green registers' in François Linke's archives record that four vitrines were made with vernis Martin panels and four with marquetry panels.
