the elaborate rocaille case with a central figure of Venus accompanied by a putti and flanked by a pair of horn-blowing Tritons, the glazed face with a black enamelled Roman numeral dial, on scrolling foliate feet, 56cm wide, 26cm deep, 80cm high (22in wide, 10in deep, 31in high).
