Footnotes
See The Collectors Encyclopedia of Dolls, volume two by Dorothy S, Elizabeth A and Evelyn J Coleman, page 615, ill. 1384.
Modelled on one of Professor Lewin-Funcke's four children and noted as Girl 'friendly'. The execution of the moulding and painting is truly beautiful, particularly to her square chin and superbly painted open/closed mouth with suggestion of a tongue.
