the double-edged tapering steel blade with two channels and embossed to either side with maker's seal, the wood hilt with waisted grip and tapering pommel clad entirely in gilt-silver and decorated profusely to one side with inlaid coral elements of almond and circular form and to the other in repoussé with a floral spray at the pommel and floral motifs to the rest, the wood hilt clad entirely in silver and decorated in repoussé with floral and foliate motifs, to one side with a series of interlocking triangle motifs set with coral elements of almond and circular form
