An unusual Bohemian enamelled goblet and cover, probably workshop of Friedrich Egermann, circa 1840

The octagonal tulip-shaped bowl raised on a spreading petal cut foot, the wide pagoda-like cover also with a petal-cut rim, stained all over in deep amber, the bowl enamelled in colours with an individual Chinoiserie figure on each panel, the cover painted with sprigs of different alpine flowers, 62cm high (2)
