A Builder's half model of the passenger cargo steamship India 1870
Hull of solid timber on horizontal lifts. Painted black to the waterline with varnished gunwale and rail, decorated beakhead and quarters. Red below, with painted propeller aperture. Mounted onto a wooden painted backboard inscribed India and No 208 in gilt lettering. 77x11.5x4ins.(195.5x29x10cm)
