A Rare Martially Marked Colt Second Model Dragoon Percussion Revolver
No. 9346 For 1850

With sighted barrel with New-York address on the top flat at the breech, cylinder (no. 10097) with roll engraved Texas Ranger and Indian fight scene, frame stamped 'Colt's Patent' above 'US' on the left side, rammer, brass square-back trigger-guard and back-strap, figured rounded grips each stamped with an inspector's mark, and matching numbers apart from the cylinder (areas of pitting)
