With blued octagonal sighted barrel (loose) clearly stamped 'Patented Sept. 14. 1858 E. Remington & Sons, Ilion New York, U.S.A. New-Model' along the top flat, plain cylinder, frame with sighting groove, rammer, brass trigger-guard, and figured rounded grips (one replaced, some wear and pitting)
