19th Century, Probably Greek

With single-edged blade with punched and incised decoration along the back, pewter hilt chased with foliage and housing a pair of tweezers at the top, and characteristic 'eared' ivory grips against shims of dark horn, in its original wooden scabbard covered in green leather with pewter mount at the throat incised with wrigglework
