A Hunting Sword In German Early 16th Century Style

With tapering blade double-edged towards the point, iron hilt comprising fluted side-ring widening towards a cusped central feature, straight fluted quillons each widening towards a 'fish-tail' tip, and tapering grip beaked at the top on each side beneath an interrupted circular piercing and inlaid along both sides with four rectangular panels of light and dark horn between a border engraved central flute (pitting overall)
