Similar to the last, of single-sided rectangular form and of crimson damask silk finely embroidered in silver and gold metal threads, comprising St. Edward's crown flanked by 'G' and 'R' and with interlaced mirror 'GR' cypher below, above the crown 'WATERLOO', and along the bottom 'PENINSULA'
