A fine pair of Louis XV style gilt bronze mounted mahogany beds
François Linke
fourth quarter 19th century

Each tall arched headboard centering a gilt cabochon issuing an acanthus garland and scrolling floral vines, continuing to frame the headboard with scrolling acanthus vines, each corner set with a delicate floral spray ending in scrolled sabots, the side rails and foot board all with similar scrolled and floral mounts, right sabot of one head board signed F.Linke.
