A pair of Sèvres style porcelain gilt bronze mounted two handled covered urns
signed indistinctly Munger
late 19th century

Each painted with romantic couple in 18th century costume seated in a garden, signed indistinctly Munger, the obverse with view of cottage by a lake, reserved on cobalt ground embellished with raised gilt, on laurel bound circular foot and square base with incurved corners.
height 16 3/4in (42.5cm)
