A Louis XV style gilt bronze mounted boulle marquetry bracket clock
19th century

The relief cast dial with Roman numeral enamel plaquettes, time and strike movement housed within a balloon shaped case with conforming door applied with young Cupid crowning a maiden with chaplet of flowers, surmounted by an upswept top with putto finial, the whole decorated with foliate cut brass inlay and raised on female headed scrolled feet.
