and Abi Abdullah Sayyid Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Abdullah al-Yaqubi, 'Umdat al-talibin [Salihin?] bi-fahm alfaz al-Murshid al-mu'uin, jurisprudence [?], copied by Hamid bin Muhammad, North Africa, dated AH 1288/AD 1871, Arabic manuscript on paper, 222 leaves, 24-27 lines to the page written in more than one hand in maghribi script in black ink, significant words and sentences picked out in red, catchwords, some rubbing and short tears mostly restricted to outer margins, brown morocco with stamped central medallions of leather onlay painted blue, worn, with flaps
226 x 164 mm.
