A pair of Apsley Pellatt sulphide decanters and stoppers, circa 1825

Of pillar fluted form, the cylindrical bodies cut with alternate convex pillars and fine reeds, the necks with prismatic cutting, the shoulders both set with a sulphide armorial with the arms of Grove, the mushroom stoppers with matching cutting, 26cm high (minor abrasions) (4)
